OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

To be responsible for securing the properties of the hotel and all activities in the hotel in his duty shift time.
在当班时对酒店的财产安全以及酒店内的所有活动负责。
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要职责：
1.To lead the security officer for day-to-day operation.
领导保安员每日的工作。
2.To replace the Asst. Security Manger whenever he is not on duty.
当保安部副经理不在的时候代替他的工作。
3.To arrange the implementation of hotel patrolling and placement post for security officers.
为保安员安排酒店巡逻和轮岗。
4.Perform coordination and report to MOD or Security Asst Manager, while he is on duty- after workday.
在下班过后做协调工作并报告当班经理或保安部副经理。
5.To perform and conduct in-house security activities.
做保安部内部活动。
6.Fair arrangement in making duty roster/placement post for his subordinates.
为下属公平的安排执勤表/轮岗
7.Control the Security Officers and make sure they do the duty in standard procedure.
控制保安员并确保他们所做的都是按照标准流程进行的。
8.Record the daily activities and the situation in the security logbook.
将每日活动和情况记录在保安部日志中。
9.Watching and paying attention to CCTV monitor and give direct respond to any alarm regarding the security and safety.
观察并注意监控室，有任何安全警报给出直接回应。
10.To lead the security officer on duty, and taking action in emergency situation according with the standard operation procedure.
当班时领导保安员，在紧急情况发生时根据标准操作流程采取行动。
11.When face incident affair, complete the Incident Report in time.
当遇到突发事件时，及时做好突发事件报告。
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
