Financial Controller

We are looking for the ambitious Head of Finance and trusted advisor to the management team.

Key Responsosibilities:

  • As a Business Partner you will support the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of the hotel by locally delivering the strategic Financial agenda focused on financial management, accounting and reporting;
  • Ensure efficient and compliant Finance management according to Kempinski standards and local requirements;
  • Maximize the use of the resources available and maintain a control environment;
  • Develop the annual business plan together with the General Manager and Executive Committee;
  • Supervise the annual internal and external audits;
  • Maintain, support and develop the team.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business administration / Finance / Accounting;
  • 3+ years in a Financial Controller / Head of Finance position in the international company;
  • Deep knowledge of financial & accounting requirements and taxation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure and/or challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Lithuanian and English is a must;
  • In-depth knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of hotel accounting and operations;
  • Experience in reporting, forecasting and budgeting;
  • Experience in Navision would be considered as an advantage.
