Floor Supervisor 楼层主管

Key Responsibilities 主要职责• Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.        安排员工的工作并监督,使其符合规定的清洁标准。• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.        调查关于客房服务以及设备方面的投诉情况,并采取纠正措施。• Coordinates work activities among departments.         与各部门之间协调工作安排。• Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.         组织安排入职培训以及服务技能培训以解释酒店相关政策,工作程序以及具体说明相关设备的使用与保养。• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.        提出相关建议以提高服务品质,并提高工作效率。• Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.        检查酒店财产以确定家具及设备的整修或更换的必要,并向管理层提出建议。

Desired Skills & Qualitifications 任职技能与资格

• Vocational school Level.


• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position in housekeeping department, preferably in a 5-star hotel. 

        2-3年客房部主管的工作经验, 五星级酒店工作经验的应聘者优先考虑。

• Local language – excellent oral and written skills. 


• English – good oral and written skills. 


• Focus on teamwork, respect colleagues and Supervisory skills. 


• Good knowledge in Microsoft office Software and Opera system. 


• Knowledge on housekeeping procedures and standards.
