Front Desk Supervisor 前台主管

 Key Responsibilities 主要职责•Plan and supervise the day to day operations of the Reception section which are related to the arrival and departure of guests, including the room sales, the room assignments of VIPs, Groups and Crews and room registrations. 计划并指导接待员每天对预抵/预离客人的接待工作,包括可卖房、VIP的房间安排、团队和集团员工及办理登记。•Coordinates and monitors the work of direct subordinates and verifies that all receptionists are well groomed in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to service standards. 协调并管理下属,确保他们展现出专业的服务和规范的仪容仪表。•Carry out training for employees and on the job training. Motivates staff to deliver excellent performance 为员工制定培训计划并做岗位培训,并使在工作中有卓越表现。•Handles guest requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, gives further instructions to the relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction and maintains a record of all complaints received from all guests.  Follow up when necessary. 高效快速的为客人处理需求和投诉,并分享给同事确保以后给客人带来更舒适的体验,并做好记录,需要时要做好跟进。•Liaise and coordinate with various departments to ensure all information on guests are accurate such as rate, room type, billing,  guest requests and oversee that guests’ specific requirements are addressed in an efficient manner. 与各部门保持协作联络,确保为客人提供正确的信息,例如房价,房型,账单,客人的特殊要求等给予高效快速的回应。•Keep informed on hotel products and services as well as on tourist and business traveling information that may be of any interest to our guests. 熟悉酒店的各类信息,包括客人可能感兴趣的旅游和商务资讯。•Check all correspondence of the day’s arrivals to familiarize with arrived and arriving guests and their needs, follows up as required. 检查和熟悉当天所有抵店客人的需要,并且跟进和满足客人的需要。•Control room availability for walk-ins and establishe accountability for guests departure dates and times. 根据客人的退房时间和日期控制散客的房间预订情况。

Below the Desired Skills & Qualifications 任职资格•Hotel Apprenticeship,Higher College Education. 酒店专业,大专以上学历。•Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a receptionist position at Front Office. 1-2年的酒店前台接待经验。•Knowledge of VIP welcoming protocol 熟悉VIP接待经验。•Local language – excellent oral and written skills (Must Have) 本地语言-优秀的口头及书面表达能力(必须具备)。•English – excellent oral and written skills 英语—熟练的口语和书写。•Focus on teamwork, respect colleagues and work with them to achieve our goal and  tasks. 注重团队合作,尊重他人,与他人配合实现共同目标和任务。•Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Word .Excel and Power point) and Opera 熟悉办公软件和Opera系统。About KempinskiAt Kempinski Hotels we pride ourselves on delivering a beautiful performance for each and every one of our guests.
