Kids Club Attendant The incumbent in this position is responsible to supervise and assist the children at all times.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
  • To monitor and assist with all children’s activities that are part of the kids club activities.
  • To Supervise children at all times.
  • To develop and implement activities for the children.
  • To plan and develop activities and programs consistent with the child’s development.  
  • Design kids birthday packages and any other kids events (Easter, Christmas).
  • To conduct inventory of kids toys, games etc.
  • To Work as a member of a team and share with the other members of the team relevant information about the kids club.  
  • To Work within the policies and procedures set by Kempinski.
  • To participate in the weekly staff meetings. 
  • To ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • To ensure that all toys and objects are safe and clean.
  • To establish a rapport with guests and residents, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel
  • English - excellent communication skills
