The overall scope of the Marketing Executive is to assist the Marketing Manager to position and promote Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and outlets as the market leader ensuring compliance with the brand Kempinski.

A luxurious alpine retreat in the heart of the desert, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is a landmark Dubai hotel and one of Kempinski’s most unique city properties. It combines exciting shopping, entertainment and dining options with lavish accommodation, including 15 spacious but cozy ski chalets overlooking Ski Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to use Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop programs   
  • Creation of visual materials required for the annual marketing campaign
  • Assist in preparing online newsletters and promotional emails
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing 
  • Create the Artworks and videos for the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  •  Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Work on printed material to supplement online products
  • Attend product launches and networking events
  • Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
  • Writing and proof reading copy
  • Liaising with designers and printers
  • Organizing photo shoots
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.


  • At least 3 years’ experience in the related field of marketing and e-commerce.
  • Experience working in hospitality or related industry.
  • Experience in writing and editing content.
  • Knowledge of social media, internet communication, and web trends.
