Key Responsibility 主要工作职责

• Responsible for the reasonable use of the equipment and facilities of the Department; responsible for the jurisdiction of the work environment.

负责对本部门设备设施的合理使用，发现问题及时报修；负责所管辖区域工作环境的保持。

• Ensure the normal operation of the guest facilities and facilities normal operation required by the hotel.

保证饭店对宾客服务所需的设施设备的正常运行。

严格按照设备操作规程操作及检验设备，不得有误。要坚持勤巡视，勤检查，认真观察设备的运行状况，发现问题及时处理，并详细记录，重大问题要向工程部值班工程师汇报。

• Measure and record the temperature of the refrigerator freezer every day, inspect the freezing room, and fill out the running records of the equipment, record the various problems and workload.

每天按时测量记录厨房冰箱冻库温度，巡查冻库主机房设备，并认真填写设备运行记录，将当班中发生的各种问题及主要工作情况记录在案。

• In accordance with the maintenance plan, finish the equipment maintenance work on time. Refilling of lubricating oil, leakage detection, belt adjustment.

遵照维修保养计划，定期完成所属设备保养工作，按时定量加注润滑油、捡漏，调整皮带等。

• Be able to study the professional knowledge, familiar with the distribution and operation of the room equipment, and actively understand the technical development of the professional, and constantly improve the operational level and business skills.

要认真钻研专业知识，熟知各机房设备的分布及运行情况，积极了解本专业的技术发展，不断提高操作水平和业务技能。
