Handle minor customer complaints

Record customer call information in detail, to provide customers with fast, accurate and professional consulting services
详细记录客户来电的信息,为客户提供快速、准确与专业的咨询服务
Fully handle the responsibilities of the service center, such as handling incoming calls and placing calls to ensure guest satisfaction
全面掌握服务中心的各项职责,如处理来电和拨出电话为达到客人的满意
岗位要求
College degree or above, at least 1 year related working experience
大专以上文化程度,1年以上相关工作经验
Strong language skills, able to serve customers in more than one foreign language, fluent in Mandarin
有较强的语言能力,能用一种以上外语进行对客服务,国语标准流利
Ability to deal with business independently, good telephone communication skills and service awareness; Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other related office software
具有独立处理业务的能力,有良好的电话沟通技巧和服务意识; 能熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等相关办公软件
