Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden

Dresden, Germany

Historic glory & contemporary elegance

Located in the vicinity of some of the most impressive sights Dresden has to offer, the Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden immediately impresses with its unique baroque architecture. With a wide choice in food and beverage outlets, events set in a unique ambiance, and our great service culture of the grand hotel will leave no one displeased. The hotel’s inner courtyard is the life and soul of our hotel, turning into a one-of-a-kind winter wonderland ice rink during the winter months.

The middle part of our residence was built in the 18th century in the immediate vicinity of the Residenzschloss, for the former Saxon Elector Augustus “The Strong”‘s favourite mistress. This kind of act was considered a proof of love during the baroque era. After its destruction in 1945, the Palais was rebuilt and became Saxony’s first five-star hotel 50 years later. Today, our 213 elegant rooms and luxurious suites in a contemporary design leave no one indifferent.

We are proud that some of our more than 170 employees have been contributing to the service culture of a Grand Hotel for over 25 years. As part of our dynamic team, you will be able to feel and preserve actual Saxon history. Additionally, you will benefit from career development and training opportunities within Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group.

Join the baroque jewel in the heart of Dresden, and discover a career crafted by you!
